FIRST COAST OPERA PRESENTS THE THREEPENNY OPERAThis incredible "opera for beggars" satirizes traditional opera and operetta that created a new kind of musical theater based on the theories of two young German artists, composer Kurt Weill and poet-playwright Bert Brecht.
