ACCOMMODATIONS and CONFERENCE FACILITIES

St. Augustine, Ponte Vedra and The Beaches (SAPV&B) offers a combined total of more than 7,000 accommodation units. There's something for everyone's taste with lodging options ranging from world-famous, luxurious seaside resorts to unique bed & breakfast inns to camping facilities and RV parks.

RESORTS AND HOTELS
Ponte Vedra Beach’s resorts are known worldwide for their superb lodging and recreation facilities. The Four-Diamond Sawgrass Marriott Resort & Spa combines luxury with state-of-the-art meeting facilities, while the Five-Diamond-rated Ponte Vedra Inn & Club has been setting the standard for oceanfront resorts for many years. The Lodge & Club at Ponte Vedra Beach also offers luxurious accommodations. Each of these properties has full-service spas and two golf courses.

St. Augustine's Renaissance Resort at World Golf Village provides luxury accommodations and upscale amenities for visitors, including those who want to immerse themselves in golfing lore at the adjacent World Golf Hall of Fame or test their skills on the Village's two award-winning designer courses. In 2005, the PGA TOUR Spa LATERRA opened at World Golf Village. It is the first spa to bear the PGA TOUR name and features special golf-enhanced services and fitness programs comparable to those used on the PGA TOUR.

In St. Augustine’s historic district, the Casa Monica is a Four-Diamond specialty boutique hotel that provides 21st century amenities in a hotel with Victorian Era charm. In 1999, a $17 million renovation restored the Casa Monica Hotel to its 1888 splendor.

In January 2005, the Hilton St. Augustine Historic Bayfront opened with 72-rooms. Located on St. Augustine's bayfront, the hotel combines a sense of history with all the modern-day luxuries and amenities guests expect from a Hilton property.

In early 2005, Castillo Real on St. Augustine Beach opened. This beautiful Mediterranean boutique hotel features multiple fountains, hand-painted murals, and a three-story lobby atrium. There are 60 rooms, including six oceanfront suites and 28 whirlpool rooms and suites.

MEETING AND CONFERENCE FACILITIES
World-class resorts, more than 160,000 square feet of meeting space and 5,200 rooms with a unique dose of history make SAPV&B an ideal location for small to mid-size meetings and conventions. The area offers a combination of accommodations and convention facilities that can easily host a variety of events.

Meeting facilities include 55,000 square feet of space at the AAA Four-Diamond Awarded Sawgrass Marriott Resort & Spa and more than 30,000 square feet of space at the AAA Five-Diamond Awarded Ponte Vedra Inn & Club. The meeting and conference facilities at both resorts can accommodate mid-size to small meetings and gatherings. For larger needs, nearly 40,000 square feet of meeting space is available at the St. Johns County Convention Center, adjacent to the Renaissance Resort at World Golf Village, and an additional 32,000 square feet at the World Golf Hall of Fame for a total of 72,000 square feet of meeting space in one convenient location. World Golf Village is located eight miles northwest of St. Augustine. Additional small meeting facilities are located in the historic district, including the Casa Monica Hotel, the new Trinity Hall on the Plaza and several others.

BED AND BREAKFAST INNS
St. Augustine is home to more than 30 romantic Victorian and Spanish-style inns, some centuries old, offering much more than just romantic guest rooms. Each inn provides personal service and an ambiance unparalleled by larger lodging options. Bed and breakfast inns offer elegant suites and rooms, some with views of lushly landscaped gardens and others with views of Matanzas Bay. Some inns also boast amenities, including jacuzzis, private porches, sundecks, exclusive beach house use, antique furnishings, decorative fireplaces, bicycles, private entries and, most of all, peaceful luxury.

CONDOMINIUMS
Ocean-side condominiums, spacious villas, historic district lodges and privately-owned units are available for rent for those visitors who want room to roam. Condo rentals usually are offered for a minimum of three days or longer.

STATE PARK AND CAMPGROUNDS
St. Augustine boasts 17 RV Parks with more than 1,700 sites available for travelers seeking a natural experience. Overnight RV and camping facilities also are offered by two area state parks: Anastasia State Park, located on Anastasia Island on A1A; Faver-Dykes State Park, located 15 miles south of St. Augustine on U.S. 1.
